How to Make an Appointment

fMany of our patients are referred by physiotherapists, dental, medical and other health care specialists. However, you do not need a referral letter, you may simply refer yourself by contacting us for an appointment.

Our receptionist will ask for a brief description of your problem to ensure that it falls within our area of expertise. This also enables us to schedule the most appropriate appointment for you. Rest assured that all information is treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with our privacy policy. If you have a completed EPC form from your GP or you think you may be eligible, please mention this to our receptionist so we can ensure all paperwork is complete.

An appointment confirmation letter will be sent to your nominated email or postal address. This will include the details of time and date, how to find our clinic and an outline of our fees. You may be asked to complete our downloadable Patient Information Sheet and forward that to us, ahead of your assessment.
